As I’ve come across meeting different people from different parts of the world. I’ve heard their opinions towards Philippines and Filipinos.
My Canadian lover before thinks that Filipinos are stupid with watching Wowowee every noon. When its on, they gather and focus on watching the said show.Where girls are happily dancing and audience idolizes the host of the show pretty much.His point is that instead of watching that nonsense show, why just not do a more important stuff.When everybody needs to improve the quality of their lives and fight the economic crisis.And I told him that Filipinos are happy people. Its just a small thing but they find it a friendly show who hears the struggles of every Filipino. They laugh with jokes they hear on TV and for them being happy and stress free is all that matters. At least once in a while to relax. I t also became a habit already that Filipinos are fanatic with drama shows which they can relate to, convinces them that nothing is impossible.
When we were driving in his car, locals are extremely friendly to him. All eyes are on him smiling, none on me which is pretty understood because he’s a white guy to catch attention Then he told me with those children waving at him with big smiles that Filipino children are stupid who know nothing but play, doesn’t know how to speak English unlike the smart and mature children in his country. Then I told him that this is Philippines which you may find weird but just usual for us. We have qualities which you may find it hard to understand. If you got complains in this country then why are you here for long now? I was kidding but its half meant.

Complains about Filipinas

Despite of good attributes about Filipinas which are quite redundant over the net,lets take a look about western guys complains to them.Though in my articles I asserted that Philippines is composed of strange and weird stuff going on.That is why you need to understand more about Philippines.
There's BIG distinction between Filipinas and women from their countries and its a given fact.Filipinas are caring,loving,knows how to handle problems very well,stick with family values and how sacred marriage is, also doesn’t give up with challenges easily.
These are the reasons why Filipinas are the choice among westerners who find Filipina qualities to be impressive.

But there are also bad nature that a women in this country possess.These are the top reasons.

-They scam..a good way to earn money easily is finding a guy over the net.Tons of men are lured by the beauty of Filipinas and their good personalities, so its where they take advantage.
They never ran out of excuses and alibis to ask for more.
-They don’t know how to appreciate most of the time.
Friend of mine got disappointed with his girlfriend's behavior who never said thank you and looked unhappy with the stuff he bought for her.
-Have plenty of demands.Though not all,but Filipinas tend to become materialistic being with their white boyfriends.
-They are lazy.They think the world could be given to them so they are not motivated to work..

This is not intended for all, but this is just my general conclusion with what I've observed in my country and from people's feed backs..This just means that a genuine and sincere person is rare to find.So beware!


Family-Orientation…..How does it become wrong?

Filipinos are known to be family-oriented. It’s the way of life in Philippines. Everybody is taught to help one another and strive hard to improve their lives on the process, whoever gets a good opportunity carry the responsibility of other family members.
One who works abroad never missed sending money to Philippines for food, school and some other necessities. This in turn makes their family proud of them, it’s a heroic act and it’s an obligation. But not all the time that this orientation could lead into more productive living. Women who work as domestic helpers abroad struggle to support their family and children. But instead of spending it for school tuition she might be unaware that a child could use the support for vices, enjoys the luxury of life while his mother suffers from homesickness, its never easy but it takes time for them to realize. She sends money for her other family who are jobless, but they’re only seen drinking beers along eating delicious food.
This is how strange western people find it. Its a normal scenario but whose to blame?

"Whom you Know Method" in Philippines

This method is just an example of unfair system of employment in Philippines. This goes when the basis to employ somebody is not in accordance to his skills and asset to a certain job but through a person he knows inside a company.
Although this might not always be applicable but this affects the progress of this country. Instead of hiring people who are appropriate and suits well on the job, it turns to be an unjustifiable behavior.
This would cause slow build up of a nation. As a citizen in a certain town, I heard feed backs from among all people against the newly elected Mayor. It is said to be that majority of his staff in the municipality are his relatives .And when someone makes an appointment with him, it’s not him who face them but his sister. Well this is Philippines they can be idiots who broke their promises during their campaigns but at the end, they are the one having the power! Though people choose them, but still they tend to take advantage of their power. Now this Is why Philippines is in chaos.
